A few weeks back the SpotRacers team removed cooldowns for all players. This was intended as a grace period which was later extended for a further period of time.
The end of that period has now been reached and the good news is SpotRacers have announced that cooldowns have been removed from the game altogether!
Removal of cooldowns allows for players to race more frequently and its likely fair to surmise that player engagement increased due to this and hence the decision to remove cooldowns permanently.
There’s now no excuse to retry that race and shave a few valuable seconds off your time!
