Totally out of nowhere a huge new feature has just been added to SpotRacers: Tour Pass. With Tour Pass you complete daily tasks to earn ‘coupons’ which are used to unlock rewards and progress in the Tour.
There are two Tour Pass ‘lanes’, a free lane with rewards accessible to all players and a fast lane. Access to the fast lane comes with a price tag. Fast lane is entirely optional, so it’s down to the player to determine if the additional rewards are worth the cost. Similar ‘season pass’ type models are more and more common in modern games.
There are some pretty tempting rewards in the fast lane such as a red brake caliper accessory, a best in class Powers and a Le Car with a great top speed. In addition to the rewards you’ll also benefit from perks which include things like XP, Coupon or Tools multiplier boosts for a time.
Tours run for a month and future tours will be themed. The Daily Tasks, as you’d expect, are refreshed each day and range from tasks like ‘upgrade a SpotRacer’ to ‘win # Quick Races’. The Tour Pass feature is live now.
